Papua Deputy Governor Aryoko Rumaropen, on behalf of the Governor of Papua, officially handed over three letters of appointment to acting heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations within the Papua Provincial Government on Friday (November 7, 2025).
The Papua Provincial Government has reported that its regional budget realization reached 78 percent as of early November 2025. The government remains optimistic that all development programs will be completed on time by the end of the year.
