JAYAPURA - Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police, Commissioner General. Pol Gatot Eddy Pramono during his working visit in Jayapura City, took the time to review mass vaccinations at Tongkonan Hall, Jayapura City, Tuesday (09/21/2021).
Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police hopes that the implementation of vaccinations can run smoothly, so that efforts to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak can run as it should.
"Vaccination in four clusters of National Sports Week and one buffer district has reached 60 percent. It is expected that, during the implementation of National Sports Week XX, vaccination has reached 70 percent of the total target in the area."
"So we ask for help from the media to help socialize the importance of vaccination," he hoped.
The Chairman of Jayapura City IKT, Nobertus Banga as the organizer said the implementation of vaccination cooperation with the police was one form of attention to the people of Jayapura City.

"If vaccination is still encouraged, we have confidence that this herd immunity target can be achieved," Nobertus said.
While one of the residents of Jayapura City IKT, Francis Batti appreciated the vaccination activities held.
"Because the best way to protect you is vaccination and strictly implement health protocols," he said.
