JAYAPURA - The Indonesian Financial Audit Agency (BPK RI) has again given an Unqualified Opinion, on the Regional Government Financial Statements (LKPD) of the Papua Provincial Government, 2021 budget year.

This best title feels very special for the ranks of the Papua Provincial Government, which under the leadership of Lukas Enembe as governor, has succeeded in recording gold ink by bagging the title of WTP Opinion 8 times since 2015.

"So that the Indonesian Financial Audit Agency guidance on the achievements of the Papua Provincial Government, we hope that it can be one thing that all government entities want to achieve," explained member of The Indonesian Financial Audit Agency, Pius Lustrilanang after submitting the results of the Examination Result Report (LHP) of the Indonesian Financial Audit Agency on the LKPD of the Papua Provincial Government in 2021 on the sidelines of the Plenary Meeting of the Papuan DPRP, Thursday (9/6/2022) afternoon.

The results were received directly by the Governor of Papua Lukas Enembe.

Still, according to Pius, the results of the examination were carried out in an effort to provide added value and benefits to the community for the LHP LKPD of Papua Province.

Thus, he hopes that the performance of the Papua Provincial Government can be followed by district and city governments throughout Papua.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe, reminded his staff not only to pursue achievements on the financial statements. However, achievements must also be accompanied by a positive impact that is also felt by the community.

"This means that the results of this good report must also be realized with activities and programs that have an impact on the interests of the community," hoped Lukas. 

In addition to the Examination Result Report for the LKPD of Papua Province for fiscal year 2021, BPK RI also handed over the LHP for the efforts of the Regional Government to overcome poverty for fiscal year 2021 to the Papua Provincial Government. ***
