JAYAPURA - The Papua Communication and Informatics Department held an Electronic Signature-based E-Office and E-SPPD (TTE) training for the Secretary of the provincial government agency, Friday (19/8/2022) morning, in Jayapura City.
In his remarks, the Head of the Papua Communication and Informatics Department, Jeri A. Yudianto, said that the training was a part of the development of government digitalization.
"It is also the output of the previous training that aims the management of letters at the SKPD level and TMT Leaders starting September 1, 2022, as well as the issuance of SJ / SPPD for ASN or Non-ASN is carried out digitally".
"It makes it easier to monitor the provision and avoid duplication of financing," explained Jeri.
Still according to Jeri, the TTE application is a development module from the previous one and has been integrated with other supporting programs.
Meanwhile, in terms of data security, the Communication and Informatics Department of Papua guarantees the security of the use of TTE. It has received an Information Security Management Assessment from the Nehara Cyber and Password Agency.
"After this training, assistance will also be carried out at the SKPD / Leadership Secretariat, so that when the implementation runs more optimally," he said.
It is known that the TTE-based application that will be used by all agencies of the Papua Provincial Government is in the form of a website developed in mobile form or can be used on the user's mobile phone.
The data management is also claimed by the Communication and Informatics Department of Papua to be low bandwidth and easy to use. ***
