JAYAPURA - Three Echelon II Officials within the Papua Provincial Government were officially inaugurated by Regional Secretary Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, Tuesday (12/13/2022), at the State Building Dok V, Jayapura.

Three officials were appointed, Sofia Bonsapia as Head of the Legal Bureau of the Papua Regional Office, Eslpius Hugi as Head of the General and Protocol Bureau of the Papua Regional Office and dr. Guy Yana Emma Come as the Director of the Abepura Mental Hospital.

In addition, also appointed to a new position, Suzana Wanggai as Acting Assistant II of the Regional Office of Papua.

The Papua Regional Secretary in his remarks said that the inauguration was intended as a strengthening of the organization and increasing institutional capacity.

The inauguration and mutation of officials is also part of the pattern of employee career coaching and efforts to refresh and improve performance.

"But in principle this change is a filling in the wheels of the organization that has been in vacancy already".

"So this inauguration should be interpreted from the point of view of organizational interests, not just the placement of official figures at certain levels of office and interests," he said.

He said that the filling of structural positions aims to support the smooth implementation of the regional budget in order to provide services to the community.

"So in utilizing the budget, the heads of regional apparatus organizations who have been appointed I emphasize that the management must be extra careful".

"No refraction of the use of the budget that causes inefficiency," he urged. ***
