JAYAPURA - The Daily Executive (PLH) of Papua Governor Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun appreciated the breakthrough of BPJS Kesehatan which has now provided ease of treatment for participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN).
Now, JKN members only show their National Identity Number (NIK) when seeking treatment at all existing health facilities, such as hospitals and Public Health Centers.
"JKN members now do not need to bother to photocopy any files to get health service guarantees."
"For this reason, we give appreciation to BPJS Kesehatan for providing easy health services to all JKN members, one of which is seeking treatment now using the National Identity Number (NIK)" explained Ridwan in Jayapura, Selasa.,
Ridwan still said, after successfully winning the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Award on March 14, 2023 in Jakarta, his party will continue to improve health services to the community.
There are now seven districts/cities that have achieved UHC Non-Cut Off for this with two districts that have not been encouraged to improve their status yet.
Therefore, he hopes that all Health Facilities provide health services to JKN members so there will be no more burdens on levies or additional costs. On the other hand, health facilities, especially hospitals have collaborated with BPJS Kesehatan to routinely submit claims on time.
"It can provide maximum health services to JKN members and the general public," he hoped. ***
