JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government will implement the work culture of the State Civil Apparatus of the Papua Provincial Government. This policy is stipulated in Governor's Regulation Number 41 of 2023 concerning the Work Culture of State Civil Apparatus Employees of the Papua Provincial Government.

"In the Governor's Regulation, the basic values for State Civil Apparatus Employees within the Papua Provincial Government have been determined, namely morality which means: oriented, service, accountable, competent; harmonious; loyal; adaptive; and collaborative."

"So it is hoped that through this socialization event, all employees of the State Civil Apparatus within the Papua Provincial Government have the same understanding, thinking and pattern of action in actualizing basic values in the administration of government, the implementation of development and the improvement of public services," said Acting Governor of Papua M. Ridwan Rumasukun, in a written speech read by the Governor's Expert Staff for Economy, Finance and Development,  Cyfrianus Y. Mambay, at the Socialization of Governor's Regulation 41 of 2023, in Jayapura City, Tuesday (11/6/2024).

The Governor added that work culture is a characteristic and attribute owned by an organization, both government and private run by every worker.

That way, the work culture cumulatively will be seen from leadership practices, subordinate behavior, and workplace facilities to policies implemented.

"For this reason, I appreciate this socialization activity and also express my gratitude to Mr. Yanuar Afadan, as a resource person."

"To all participants, I hope to participate in this socialization event well, so that it can be beneficial in implementing the tasks later," concluded Ridwan.

It is known that the activity was attended by representatives of the Regional Apparatus Organization within the Papua Provincial Government. ***
