JAYAPURA – The Provincial Government of Papua held a coordination meeting for Monitoring, Controlling, Surveillance for Prevention (MCSP) on June 20.
The meeting discussed strategies and concrete steps to improve the compliance of civil servants with employment regulations, including identifying the level of adherence to civil service rules and enhancing the quality of local governance.
Acting Special Inspector Ari Kurniawan, as Chair of the Joint Secretariat of the Papua Province MCSP Team, emphasized during the meeting:
“With good management, we expect to see improved compliance in governance and increased transparency in corruption prevention, in line with the government’s efforts to establish clean and good governance.”
He concluded that with strong collaboration and coordination among regional work units, the management of the MCSP program can be effectively implemented and yield positive results for the Papua Provincial Government.

The Civil Servant Management Team is part of the Papua Province MCSP Team, which consists of the Inspectorate, Regional Personnel Agency, the Department of Communication and Informatics, and the Bureau of Organization, along with several other related Regional Work Units. ***
