Pansel Jamin Tak Ada Titipan Dalam Seleksi Calon Sekda Puncak Jaya

Panitia Seleksi (Pansel) Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) Pratama Sekda Kabupaten Puncak Jaya memastikan tak ada titipan dalam proses yang sudah berjalan sejak 25 September 2020 lalu tersebut.

Ketua Pansel JPT Pratama Sekda Puncak Jaya, Nicolaus Wenda yang juga Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Papua mengatakan pihaknya bekerja secara profesional dan tanpa intervensi dari siapa pun.

“Kami kerja sesua idengan aturan dan ketentuan yang ada (dalam proses seleksi calon Sekda Puncak Jaya) ,” terang dia, dalam keterangannya Jumat (9/10/2020). 

Wenda katakan, tahapan seleksi JPT Sekda Puncak Jaya yang dimulai 25 September lalu tidak dibuka secara umum, namun terbatas hanya bagi ASN di kabupaten tersebut. 

Sejak dibuka, ada 5 pendaftar yang sampai saat ini dinyatakan lolos administrasi pendaftaran.

Adapun kelima peserta tersebut, yakni Daud Taiben Wendamily selaku Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Puncak Jaya, Barnabas Habel Yoteni selaku Staf Ahli Bidang Pembangunan, Ekonomi dan Keuangan Setda Puncak Jaya.

Tumiran yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Asisten Bidang Pemerintahan Sekda Puncak Jaya, Pilemon Tabuni selaku Kepala Bapeda Puncak Jaya dan M. Ahyar yang saat ini menjabat Inspektur Kabupaten Puncak Jaya.

Kelima pendaftar pun pada hari ini (Kamis,red),  mengikuti hasil tes penulisan makalah dan wawancara, di Hotel Mercure Jayapura.

Sehingga bila berjalan sesuai jadwal, maka tim pansel telah mengagedakan pengumuman nama  tiga besar calon Sekda Puncak Jaya, pada Jumat (09/10/2020) besok.

“Kalau hari ini semua berjalan lancar rencananya besok (Jumat,red) kita akan rapat untuk menentukan  3 nama besar yang lolos tahapan tes penyusunan makalah dan wawancara”. 

“Tiga besar ini akan diumumkan sesuai hasil peringkatnya untuk kemudian kita sampaikan kepada bupati pada 12 Oktober mendatang. Kemudian setelah dari bupati, maka tim Pansel akan tindaklanjuti 3 nama tersebut untuk diserahkan kepada KASN 13 Oktober 2020,” tuntasnya.

Pada kesempatan itu, ia mengapresiasi seluruh proses dan tahapan pelaksanaan seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (JPTP) Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Sebab berjalan dengan cukup cepat namun sesuai tahapan dan aturan yang berlaku.

Selection Committee of Primary High Leadership Position of Regional Secretariat of Puncak Jaya ensures that there is no entrant in the process that has been running since September 25, 2020.

Chairman of Selection Committee Primary High Leadership Position of Regional Secretariat of Puncak Jaya, Nicolaus Wenda who is also head of Regional Staffing Agency (BKD) Papua said it works professionally and without intervention from anyone.

"We work as well as with the existing rules and conditions (in the selection process of Regional Secretariat candidates of Puncak Jaya," he explained, in his statement to the press, Friday (9/10/2020).

Wenda said the selection stage of the High Leadership Position of Regional Secretariat Puncak Jaya which started on September 25, was not opened in general, but limited only to State Civil Apparatus in the district. 

Since it has opened, there have been 5 applicants who have so far passed the registration administration.

The five participants, namely Daud Taiben Wendamily as Secretary of the Regional House of Representatives of Puncak Jaya Regency, Barnabas Abel Yoteni as Staff Expert in Development, Economy and Finance Regional Secretariat of Puncak Jaya.

Tumiran currently serves as Assistant to the Government of Regional Secretariat Puncak Jaya, Pilemon Tabuni as Head of Regional Planning and Development Agency of Puncak Jaya and M. Ahyar who is currently the Inspector of Puncak Jaya Regency.

The five applicants were also on this day (Thursday,red), taking the results of the paper writing test and interview, at the Mercure Jayapura Hotel.

So that if it goes according to schedule, then the Selection Committee team has announced the name of the top three candidates of Regional Secretariat Puncak Jaya, on Friday (09/10/2020) tomorrow.

"If all goes well tomorrow (Friday, red) we will meet to determine 3 big names who passed the stage of the test of drafting papers and interviews".

"The top three will be announced according to the results of the rankings and then we will tell the regent on October 12. Then after the regent, the Selection Committee team will follow up the 3 names to be submitted to  State Civil Apparatus Commission October 13, 2020," he completed.

On that occasion, he appreciated the entire process and stage of the Primary Leadership Position selection of Puncak Jaya Regency. Because it runs fairly quickly but according to the stages and rules that apply.
