Gubernur Enembe Irup HUT Kemerdekaan RI 2021

Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe direncanakan menjadi Inspektur Upacara (Irup) pada peringatan HUT Kemerdekaan RI ke-76 yang digelar di Gedung Negara, Dok V Atas, Jayapura.

Kendati demikian, peringatan HUT kemerdekaan negara Indonesia berlangsung secara terbatas.

Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Papua, Jery Yudianto, di Jayapura, Senin.

“Upacara tetap digelar namun terbatas sesuai instruksi Menteri Sekretaris Negara,” terang ia.

Sementara alasan menggelar di Gedung Negara, lantaran jumlah peserta yang menurut instruksi sangat terbatas. Dimana hanya diikuti perwakilan dari ASN, Korpri, TNI/Polri, mahasiswa dan pelajar.

“Intinya selain kapasitas sangat terbatas kita terapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Dan tentunya khidmat maupun semangat peringatan kemerdekaan RI tentunya tidak hilang,” ujar ia.

Upacara kenaikan HUT Kemerdekaan RI digelar mulai pukul 10.00 hingga 11.00 WIT. Setelah itu dilanjutkan mengikuti upacara HUT RI secara virtual dari Istana Negara, Jakarta, khusus bagi Forkopimda Papua.

Sementara upacara penurunan bendera sendiri, berlangsung pukul 17.00 hingga 18.00 WIT. Selanjutnya mengikuti upacara penurunan bendera secara virtual dari Istana Negara, Jakarta pukul 19.00 WIT.

Sementara untuk masyarakat, tambah Jery, diminta tetap berada di rumah masing-masing dan tidak berkumpul untuk alasan apa pun di luar rumah.

Masyarakat juga diimbau menyaksikan pelaksanaan upacara HUT RI tingkat Provinsi Papua lewat live streaming di Youtube milik Pemprov Papua, RRI Jayapura serta TVRI Papua.

It only followed by representatives from State Civil Apparatus , the Corps of Civil Servants of the Republic of Indonesia (KORPRI), National Army / Police, and students.

"The point is we must apply strict health protocols in limited capacity. And of course solemnity and spirit of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia certainly not lost, "he said.

The Independence Day ceremony will be held from 10.00 to 11.00 WIT. After that continued following the ceremony virtually from the State Palace, Jakarta, specifically for the Coordination Forum for Regional Leaders (Forkopimda) of Papua.

While the Flag-lowering ceremony will take place from 17.00 to 18.00 WIT continued the ceremony virtually from the State Palace, Jakarta at 19.00 WIT.

As for the community, Jery added, asked to remain in each other's homes and not gather for any reason outside the house.

The public is also encouraged to watch the implementation of the Indonesian Day ceremony at the Papua provincial level through live streaming on YouTube belonging to the Papua Provincial Government, RRI Jayapura and TVRI Papua.
