Papua Raih Penghargaan Provinsi Informatif 2022

JAKARTA - Untuk pertama kalinya sejak tahun 2014 Papua dinobatkan sebagai provinsi informatif 2022. Prestasi tersebut sebagaimana hasil monitoring dan evaluasi Keterbukaan Informasi (MONEV-KI) 2022, di Jakarta, baru-baru ini.

Kepala Dinas Kominfo Papua, Jeri Agus Yudinato, S.Kom menegaskan prestasi tersebut diraih dari perjalanan panjang dalam upaya memperbaiki kinerja pengelolaan  informasi dan dokumentasi di Pemerintah Provinsi Papua.

Dilain pihak, karena adanya komitmen yang kuat dari Pimpinan Daerah, yakni Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe, SIP, MH dalam mendorong pejabat dibawahnya untuk mengelola informasi dan dokumentasi secara terbuka serta transparan sesuai ketentuan yang ada.

“Mulai dari Sekda selaku atasan Pejabat Pengeola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID Utama), lalu PPID Utama yang saat ini secara ex-officio dijabat oleh Kepala Dinas Kominfo, kemudian atasan PPID Pelaksana (para Kepala SKPD), semua harus terbuka dalam pelayanan publik,” terang Jeri, Rabu (14/12/2022).

Sementara pada MONEV-KI 2022, lanjut dia, terjadi lonjakan partisipasi, dimana Badan Publik yang mengikuti sebanyak 372 dari seluruh Indonesia.

Terdiri dari Kementerian/Lembaga, BUMN, Perguruang Tinggi Negeri, Pemerintah Provinsi dan Partai Politik.

“Sementara hasil penilaian meliputi, Kurang Informatif, Cukup Informatif,  Menuju Informati dan Informatif,” tandasnya.

Diketahui, MONEV-KI 2022 mengambil tema Digitalisasi Keterbukaan Informasi Badan Publik Dalam Masa Recovery Covid-19. 

Sementara aspek penilaiannnya meliputi Inovasi Pelayanan Informasi yang berkesinambungan meliputi Keterbaruan Inovasi, Penggunaan Teknologi dan Informasi, Kemanfaatan Inovasi, Keunikan dan Aksestabilitas dan Strategi badan publik dalam melaksanakan keterbukaan informasi itu sendiri secara berkesinambungan. 

Penilaian juga dilakukan klarifikasi oleh Tim Penilai  yang terdiri Komisioner Informasi Pusat, Akademisi, Praktisi ataupun Organisasi Masyarakat yang memiliki kompetensi dibidang keterbukaan Informasi.

Keberhasilan Tahun 2022 ini merupakan pemicu semangat bagi provinsi papua untuk mempertahankan dan meningkat kinerjanya dalam mengelola Keterbukaan Informasi pada lingkup Pemerintahan sehingga Publik / Masyarakat bisa terlayani dengan baik dan kinerja Pemerintah lebih transparan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Penganugerahan 2022 dihadiri Menteri POLHUKAM RI, sejumlah Gubernur, Pejabat Eselon I tingkat Kementerian, Rektor, Pimpinan BUMN, Pimpinan Partai Politik  dan untuk Gubernur Papua diwakili oleh Kepala Dinas Kominfo Papua. ***

JAKARTA - For the first time since 2014 Papua was named an informative province in 2022. This achievement is in line with the results of the monitoring and evaluation of Information Disclosure (MONEV-KI) 2022, in Jakarta, recently.

The Head of the Papua Communication and Information Service, Jeri Agus Yudinato, S.Kom, emphasized that this achievement was achieved from a long journey in an effort to improve the performance of information and documentation management in the Papua Provincial Government.

On the other hand, due to the strong commitment of the Regional Leadership, namely the Governor of Papua Lukas Enembe, SIP, MH in encouraging the officials under him to manage information and documentation openly and transparently in accordance with existing regulations.

"Starting from the Regional Secretary as the superior of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), then the Main PPID which is currently ex-officio held by the Head of the Communication and Information Service, then the superior of the Implementing PPID (the Heads of Working Unit of local Government), all must be open in public services," he explained, in a release received by the press, Wednesday (12/14/2022).

Meanwhile, in MONEV-KI 2022, he continued, there was a surge in participation, where 372 Public Agencies participated from all over Indonesia.

Consists of Ministries/Institutions, SOEs, State Higher Education, Provincial Governments and Political Parties.

"While the assessment results include, Less Informative, Quite Informative, Towards Informative and Informative," he said.

It is known that MONEV-KI 2022 takes the theme of Digitizing Information Disclosure of Public Agencies in the Covid-19 Recovery Period.

Meanwhile, the assessment aspects include continuous Information Service Innovation including Innovation Renewal, Use of Technology and Information, Benefit of Innovation, Uniqueness and Accessibility and Strategy of public agencies in implementing information disclosure.

The assessment is also clarified by the Assessment Team consisting of the Central Information Commissioner, Academics, Practitioners or Community Organizations who have competence in the field of Information disclosure.

The success of 2022 is a trigger for enthusiasm for the province of Papua to maintain and improve its performance in managing Information Disclosure within the scope of Government so that the Public / Community can be well served and the Government performance is more transparent in accordance with applicable regulations.

The 2022 award was attended by the Minister of POLHUKAM RI, a number of Governors, Echelon I Officials at the Ministry level, Rectors, Leaders of State-owned Enterprises, Political Party Leaders and for the Governor of Papua represented by the Head of the Papua Communication and Information Service. ***
