Ramses Limbong : "Butuh Kerjasama Antar Stakeholder Untuk Pilkada Aman dan Lancar"

JAYAPURA - Menindaklanjuti Rapat Koordinasi pemantauan pelaksanaan Pilkada Tahun 2024 Provinsi Papua secara daring pada 25 November 2024 Senin lalu, Pj. Gubernur Papua Ramses Limbong langsung melakukan Peninjauan ke beberapa tempat penyimpanan logistik dan beberapa TPS di wilayah Kota Jayapura dan Kabupaten Jayapura pada Selasa 26 November 2024.

Sekira pukul 10. 00 WIT Pj. Gubernur bersama beberapa kepala SKPD yang tergabung dalam Desk Pilkada Provinsi Papua mengunjungi gudang penyimpanan logistik Pilkada KPU di area sekitar lapangan karang PTC Entrop.

Sebelum meninjau ke dalam gudang penyimpanan logistik milik KPU Kota Jayapura, Ramses Limbong dalam arahannya mengatakan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua, Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota tugasnya memfasilitasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pesta demokrasi berjalan aman dan lancar, "tugas pokoknya adalah tugas pokok KPU Provinsi dan KPU Kota, itu tugasnya, jangan dicampur adukkan seolah-olah ini adalah tugas Walikota atau Pemerintah Provinsi. Tugas kami adalah penanggung jawab bagaimana kegiatan pesta demokrasi itu bisa berjalan lancar. Untuk itu dibutuhkan kerjasama dari seluruh lintas stakeholder yang sudah mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab, " ucap Ramses Limbong.

Usai meninjau kesiapan panyaluran logistik Pilkada di gudang penyimpanan Kota Jayapura, Pj. Gubernur Papua bersama rombongan menuju ke TPS 4 kelurahan  Koya Timur Distrik Muara Tami dilanjutkan ke gudang penampungan logistik KPU di Kabupaten Jayapura dan mengakhiri kunjungannya Di TPS 03 kelurahan Dobonsolo Distrik Sentani.

Sebelumnya pada Rapat Koordinasi yang dilakukan bersama para Pj. Bupati/ Walikota, KPU dan Bawaslu melalui daring terlaporkan bahwa seluruh distribusi logistik yang akan didistribusikan ke seluruh TPS yang ada di wilayah kabupaten dan kota dipastikan akan tiba disetiap TPS sesuai jadwal dan sebelum hari pencoblosan. Begitu juga dengan perkembangan situasi keamanan yang dilaporkan oleh para Pj. Bupati dan Walikota aman dan kondusif. ***

Around 10 o'clock Acting Governor and several heads of the Regional Work Unit who are members of the Papua Provincial Election Desk visited the Regional Election logistics storage warehouse of the General Election Commission around the PTC Entrop.

Before reviewing the logistics storage warehouse owned by the Jayapura General Election Commission, Ramses Limbong in his direction said that the Papua Provincial Government, Regency/City Government is tasked with facilitating the implementation of democracy party activities to run safely and smoothly, "The main task of the Provincial General Election Commission and the City General Election Commission don't mix it up as if this is the task of the Mayor or the Provincial Government. Our task is to be responsible for how the democratic party activities can run smoothly. For this reason, cooperation is needed from all cross-stakeholders who already have duties and responsibilities," said Ramses Limbong.

After reviewing the readiness of the logistics distribution of the Regional Elections at the Jayapura City storage warehouse, the Acting Governor of Papua and his entourage headed to Polling Station 04 in East Koya Village, Muara Tami District, continued to the logistics shelter warehouse in Jayapura Regency and ended his visit at Polling Station 03 Dobonsolo Village, Sentani District.

Previously, at the Coordination Meeting held with the Acting Regents/Mayors, General Election Commission and General Elections Supervisory Agency, it was reported that all logistics distribution that will be distributed to all polling stations in the district and city areas will be ensured to arrive at each polling station according to the schedule and before the voting day.
