JAYAPURA - Bank Papua officially handed over IDR 4 billion in cash to assist the task of the Grand Committee of National Sports Week XX Papua, in preparing for the quadrennial event in four clusters.

General Secretary of National Sports Week XX Committee of Papua, Elia Loupatty appreciated the support given the tough task awaiting the National Sports Week organizing committee in the coming days.

"I think this (assistance) is extraordinary and certainly given is very useful for the smooth implementation of the tasks of National Sports Week XX Committee," Elia said when receiving the symbolic handover of the aid, on the Secretariat Page of National Sports Week Papua on Monday.

In addition to Bank Papua, a number of parties that have supported National Sports Week XX Committee Papua include Bank Mandiri, Freeport Indonesia Country, PLN and PT Telkom which are in process.

Through the support of these funds, Elia hopes that the implementation of National Sports Week Papua will run better, because it is supported by many parties.

Andarias Baunik, Head of The Fund, Services and E-Banking Division of Bank Papua said, the provision of sponges is a form of attention from Bank Papua of Papua.

"We started from the beginning of the year. "It's a gradual gift of it," he said. A number of equipment in the form of work equipment to support National Sports Week XXV Papua in the form of computer equipment, android mobile phones (smart phone) have been carried out since February and have been handed over and recently is the second stage and with four-wheeled vehicles.

In addition, the difference from the delivery of goods worth IDR 4 billion is also given by Bank Papua in the form of cash or cash to PB National Sports Week Committee XX Papua.
