JAYAPURA - President Joko Widodo continued his working visit in Papua Province by reviewing the healthy houses (Rumah Sehat) in Kampung Doyo Baru, Waibu District, Jayapura Regency, on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

In his statement during the review, the President said that the construction of Rumah Sehat aims to create a good ecosystem in the community.

"The most important thing is that the houses that have been built can soon be occupied to build a good ecosystem, house as a good place to live, there is land for farming prepared by the Minister of Social Affairs," said Jokowi.

He also said that in addition to agricultural land, community empowerment is also prepared for animal husbandry so that it can create economic activity in the region.

"There was planting spinach, kale, and others also besides that there was empowerment for chicken, pig and catfish farming, everything was done in the same environment," he said.

Furthermore, the President hopes that the existence of economic activity in the region will be able to create prosperity in the community.

"So in addition to the construction of the house, also good community empowerment. And we hope it will bring prosperity for us," he said. ***
