JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Information Commission has extended the time for returning the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Monitoring Evaluation questionnaire sheet and the Ranking of Information Disclosure of Public Bodies throughout Papua Province in 2022 until Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
"For public agency that have not submitted or returned the self-assessment questionnaire sheet or SAQ that has been sent by the Papua Provincial Information Commission, in order to immediately return or display the nature of the near future," explained the Coordinator of Monitoring Evaluation and Ranking of Information Disclosure of Public Bodies throughout Papua Province in 2022 Papua Provincial information commission, Joel Betuel Agaki Wanda through his release, Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
According to Joel, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, is a very tight time limit, so it cannot be extended anymore. "So public agency that has not returned the self-assessment sheet yet, please return it," he explained.
After returning the self-assessment questionnaire sheet, said Joel, the Papua Provincial Information Commission will verify and visit the public body that has returned the questionnaire sheet and the Ranking of Information Disclosure of Public Agency throughout Papua Province in 2022.
"The visitation will be held on November 7-18, 2022, namely first with a door-to-door system and secondly through a Zoom meeting in the form of a presentation, after which we determine the ranking or final value," explained Joel, who is also the Head of the Socialization and Education Advocacy Division of the Papua Provincial Information Commission.
To date, there have been 34 public agencies in Papua that have returned self-assessment sheets or SAQs, either by email or visiting the Papua Provincial Information Commission Office in Entrop, Jayapura City.
"Hopefully until the extension deadline, the number will increase. Because in 2022, there are 453 public agencies that have distributed questionnaires," he said. ***
