JAYAPURA - The Daily Executive of Governor of Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, Friday (20/1/2023) morning, received a working visit from the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP), in Jayapura.

The meeting discussed the standardization planning for Pancasila Ideology Development (PIP) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), educators or teachers, the younger generation and Community organizations in Papua Province.

After the meeting, the Head of the Communication and Informatics Department of Papua Jeri A. Yudianto, appreciated the visit which aimed to foster the ideology of Pancasila.

In addition, he continued, basically the Papuan government is very ready to collaborate regarding the development of Pancasila ideology.

One of the agencies in Papua, namely BPSDM, is considered to have accreditation in several training events.

"It's just that regarding the implementation of PIP Training, there needs to be a Training Of Trainer (TOT) to the State Civil Apparatus".

"Because the facilities and infrastructure are also ready and of course there is an assessment according to the applicable regulations," he said.

Jeri hopes that in the future to make PIP Training held in Papua more effective, BPIP RI is expected to consolidate with LAN-RI. So that the content of fostering the Pancasila Ideology can be included in the curriculum in existing training.

"The PIP Training will be given in the near future to Paskibraka members who are elected in 2023. Meanwhile, the selection process for the Paskibraka 2023 will be carried out by the technical Working Unit of local Government, namely the Youth and Sports Department which is coordinated directly with BPIP PPI funds at the central level," he explained.

It is known that the meeting was also attended by the Assistant for General Affairs of the Regional Secretary of Papua and a number of heads of technical of Regional Apparatus Organization.

Meanwhile, BPIP representatives are led by Policy Analysts for Education and Training Planning PIC and other team members. ***
