JAYAPURA - Acting Governor of Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun rotated the Head of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) position to refresh and maximize services and government implementation in his region.

The inauguration of the Primary High Officials took place at the Governor's Office, Soa Siu Dok II Street Jayapura City, Monday (27/5/2024)

Governor Ridwan said that the appointment of officials was based on the evaluation, job fit and competency tests.

Meanwhile, the inauguration was carried out after technical considerations from central agencies, namely the consideration of the State Civil Apparatus Commission, the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the recommendation of the Minister of Home Affairs.

He also asked the appointed officials to carry out their duties with trust, full responsibility and high dedication.

"Indeed, there are several positions that are vacant and will also be filled through an open selection mechanism."

"And to the newly appointed officials, my message is, to serve the community wholeheartedly and put the people’s interests first," he said.

 The names of the appointed officials:

1. Yohanis Walilo, Assistant for Government Affairs of Papua Regional Secretariat.

2. Setiyo Wahyudi, Assistant for Economic Affairs of Papua Regional Secretariat.

3. Nus Weya, Expert Staff for Papuan Community and Cultural Development.

4. Elsye Rumbekwan, Head of the Papua Apparatus Resource Development Agency.

5. Suzana Wanggai, Head of the Papua Border Management and Cooperation Agency.

6. Yan Yap Ormuserai, Head of the Papua Forestry and Environment Service.

7. Aryoko Rumaropen, Head of the Papua Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs Office.

8. Christian Sohilait, Head of the Papua Education Office.

9. Welliam Robertzon Manderi, Head of Civil Service Police Unit.
