MAKASSAR - The Acting Governor of Papua, Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, released 1,058 prospective pilgrims from Papua Province at the Makassar Embarkation, on Tuesday (28/5/2024).
Governor Ridwan was accompanied by the Assistant for Economic Affairs of the Papua Regional Secretary, Setiyo Wahyudi.
In his direction, Ridwan hopes the prospective pilgrims can pay attention and maintain health during worship.
In addition, it still shows hospitality in the place of worship because of the presence of all parties in the holy land, solely to glorify God
"Don't forget also the most important thing is to make sure all Hajj travel documents are available," he urged.
It is known that the number of prospective pilgrims released was 1,058, divided into groups 23, 25 and 26.
While the escorts departed, it amounted to 16 people. It consists of a group leader, worship guide and health workers.
For this year, there will certainly be no additional quota. ***
