JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government officially delegated 266 CPNS K2 to the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
The transfer of hundreds of Civil Servant Candidates of Papua Provincial Government was the initial stage of the agreement with the Papua Provincial Government and the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency. The Papua Provincial Government handed over as many as 1,000 K2 of Civil Servant Candidates to serve in the ministry.
"Today we have a general briefing related to the submission of the Papua Province K2 of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency which is by the submission in the decree of 1,000 employees to Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency."
"However, in the initial stage, there are only 266 employees, and they are completing the files," explained the Assistant for Government Affairs of the Papua Regional Secretary, Yohanes Walilo, in Jayapura City, Wednesday (12/6/2024).
According to him, the transfer of employees is part of the career development of Civil Servants to a new place of duty. Thus, they are asked to contribute positively to the ministry that is now their place of duty.
"The point is that we don't move employees there, instead they are given more responsibility, because they have the option to work in a new place."
" We hope that there they will adjust to their new tasks, work well and make a positive contribution to the development of Papua in the future," hoped Yohanes.
Yohanes added that the remaining 734 Civil Servant Candidates will be handed over in stages with a target of completion until 2025. Meanwhile, the Papua Provincial Government will still pay the K2 of Civil Servant Candidates who have been submitted, until the filing is completed.
"It is possible that the salaries that have been submitted to the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency are still in the Papua Provincial Government until December this year."
If the filing has been completed by January 2025 at the latest, the payroll will be directly at the relevant ministries," he said. ***
