SARMI - Acting Governor of Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun appreciated the performance of the Acting Regent of Sarmi who was considered successful in handling national and regional strategic programs, including stunting, inflation and extreme poverty.
"I thank and give my appreciation to the regent and the entire community who have supported his leadership. So that they can perform their duties well until now," explained Governor Ridwan during his working visit to Sarmi, Tuesday (30/7/2024).
According to Ridwan, from the results of the performance evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Acting Regent of Sarmi and his staff are considered very good.
"That's why I thank the regent. Even in this visit, there are activities to prevent malaria, TB, lung and polio."
"This activity is very good because it is a national and regional program that will protect our children from all diseases. Because they are the children of the next generation preparing for a golden Indonesia 2045," Ridwan urged.
The Acting Regent of Sarmi, Markus Mansnembra, expressed his gratitude for the Papua Provincial Government's attention to the implementation of government in his area.
His party will ensure that all national and regional strategic programs will continue to run according to the corridor until he officially resigns.
Meanwhile, the Acting Governor of Papua during his visit to Sarmi handed over assistance, including, 4 Public Vsat Sharing Units at the location: SD Advent Segar Tor; SMK N 5 Bonggo; SD Inpres Armopa 7; and SD YPK Keder.
Handed over assistance for the development of 100 hectares of Coconut and Artificial Insemination (IB) services for cattle; Artificial Insemination Equipment and Veterinary Medicine.
Furthermore, the provision of a clean water network and the plan to improve the Manukamia - Arumi road of 5.53 km. Stunting drugs, mosquito nets, and delivery packages.
Not to forget distributing assistance from BNPB through the supporting Regional Work Unit, in aid packages and emergency response equipment. ***
