JAYAPURA - Acting Governor of Papua, Ramses Limbong encouraged the PKK Mobilization Team in his region to innovate to improve the performance of the PKK through 10 main programs.

This was conveyed by Governor Limbong when opening the Coordination Meeting of the Papua Provincial Level PKK Mobilization Team, in Jayapura City, Wednesday (14/8/2024).

Limbong said that the management of the PKK Movement fostered by the PKK Mobilization Team in stages from the central to the regional government is always evaluated every year through the implementation of coordination meetings.

The results will be input as preparation of programs and activities of the PKK Mobilization Team in the coming year.

"Therefore, I hope that PKK cadres can carry out the main program with various family welfare empowerment activities in supporting development at the village level," he said.

He added that the government provides support for the PKK Movement, in addition to being a means of establishing familiarity between administrators at various levels, the PKK Mobilization Team Coordination Meeting is very necessary in synergizing, communicating, and coordinating within the management and between the management and the government in providing services to the community.

For this reason, it is hoped that the coordination meeting can be momentum to evaluate all work programs and activities in the past year, as well as collect suggestions, inputs and aspirations for the preparation of work programs and activities in the future.

"Through this coordination meeting, it can also produce a measurable and directed work program," he said. ***
