JAYAPURA - Residents of Papua are invited to switch to Electronic Land Certificates because they have a high level of security and can anticipate forgery.
"Electronic Land Certificates provide stronger legal certainty."
"Therefore, we appeal to the local community to transfer Land Certificates electronically. This diversion is safer and cannot be damaged, in addition to reducing the use of paper," said Ridwan after implementing electronic services and certificates at all Land Offices in Papua Province at the Sasana Krida Hall, Tuesday (27/8/2024).
Meanwhile, residents who own certificates and want to exchange them digitally can directly report to the local Land Office.
Meanwhile, the Papua Provincial Government will start this program by exchanging all existing assets to be transferred digitally.
"Moreover, this program is in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency number 3 of 2023 concerning the issuance of electronic documents."
"The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency has now adapted and innovated to increase transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the Land Registration Service System in Indonesia through electronic services. So that it will make it easier for the community," he said.
Ridwan on that occasion invited the Papuan people to participate in the success and supervise the implementation of the electronic land office. ***
