Acting Regional Secretary of Papua Yohanes Walilo said that this socialization is important to be carried out, especially in maintaining consistency and accountability in regional financial management.
"This socialization is an important step in strengthening good, accountable, and transparent regional financial governance. Through this socialization, I hope all provincial government apparatus will be more ready to carry out their duties and responsibilities in managing regional finances at the end of 2024 and in welcoming the 2025 fiscal year.
"Let's work hard together, innovate, and continue to serve for the better welfare of the Papuan people," he said on the sidelines of the socialization.
Walilo also appreciated all parties who prepared and implemented the financial plan as well as possible until the end of this fiscal year.
He also reminded the head of the Regional Apparatus Organization not to let his guard down, because the process at the end of the fiscal year is always full of challenges, especially related to budget absorption and the fulfillment of development targets while still holding the principles of accountability and transparency, as well as preparing to face the 2025 fiscal year so that every program that has been planned must be implemented properly and on target on the main development priorities in Papua Province.
Meanwhile, the Tapera program is also an important part of supporting the welfare of our civil servants by providing convenience in having decent housing for civil servants.
Acting Head of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency, Alex Kapisa said the purpose is to provide information to budget users in each Regional Apparatus Organization to understand the steps to face the end of the 2024 fiscal year.
This is done to ensure that the budget management in each Regional Apparatus Organization has been carried out precisely, efficiently, and according to applicable regulations. ***
