Eks Bus PON Segera Dihibahkan

JAYAPURA - Pemerintah Provinsi Papua dipastikan segera menghibahkan 70 bus eks PON XX Papua yang kini tengah parkir di kompleks Stadion Lukas Enembe, Kampung Harapan, Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura.

Menurut Plt. Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua, David Telenggen, puluhan eks bus PON tersebut akan dihibahkan kepada diantaranya lembaga keagamaan, sekolah, yayasan maupun organisasi yang membutuhkan.

Kendati demikian, untuk penyerahannya masih menunggu persetujuan dari Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) RI.

"Yang pasti sesuai arahan Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe, bus eks PON itu akan dimanfaatkan untuk bantuan bagi lembaga kemasyarakatan, keagamaan serta organisasi terkait".

"Tapi sekali lagi ini semua masih berproses dan surat pengajuan hibah ini baru kemarin diparaf oleh Sekda Papua. Mungkin dalam waktu dekat akan diantar ke Kemenhub (guna meminta persetujuan), setelah itu disaurkan,” terang David Telenggen, Selasa (29/3/2022). 

Menurut David, saat ini ada sekitar 600 lebih permohonan hibah bus eks PON tersebut, baik dari unsur keagamaan, organisasi kemasyarakat, yayasan pendidikan termasuk pimpinan keagamaan. 

Padahal jumlah kendaraan yang akan dihibahkan hanya 70 unit. Sehingga nantinya, untuk pengaturan akan diserahkan kepada Gubernur Papua selaku kepala daerah 

"Artinya diserahkan kepada lembaga apa nanti bus-nya, itu hak dan keputusan dari bapak gubernur. Yang pasti, kami akan menyiapkan data pendukung dan saran-saran terkait penerima hibah bus eks PON itu, untuk selanjutnya keputusan diserahkan kepada Gubernur Papua," jelasnya. 

Sebelumnya, sekitar 70 bus eks PON Papua tersebut saat ini diparkir di kompleks Stadion Lukas Enembe di Kabupaten Jayapura, menyusul masa kontrak penggunaan lahan parkir di PTC telah habis. 

Dimana harga parkir di PTC dikenakan biaya administrasi hampir Rp.400 juta per bulan. ***

JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government is certain to immediately grant 70 ex PON XX Papua buses that are now parked at the Lukas Enembe Stadium complex, Kampung Harapan, Sentani Jayapura Regency.

According to Acting Head of the Papua Provincial Transportation Department, David Telenggen, dozens of former PON buses will be given to religious institutions, schools, foundations and organizations in need.

Nevertheless, its submission is still awaiting approval from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia.

"In accordance with the direction of Papua Governor Lukas Enembe, the bus will be used for assistance for community, religious institutions and related organizations".

"But this is all still in progress and this grant application letter was paraphrased by the Secretary of Papua yesterday. Maybe in the near future it will be delivered to the Ministry of Transportation (to ask for approval), after that it is distributed," David Telenggen told the press, Tuesday (29/3/2022).

According to David, there are currently about 600 more grant proposals for ex-PON buses, both from religious elements, community organizations, and educational foundations including religious leaders.

In fact, the buses will be granted only 70 units. So that the rule will be handed over to the Governor of Papua as the regional head.

"This means that the bus will be handed over to which institution, it is the right and decision of the governor. Of course, we will prepare supporting data and suggestions related to the grant recipients of the ex-PON bus, for the decision to be handed over to the Governor of Papua," he explained.

Previously, about 70 ex-PON Papua buses were currently parked at the Lukas Enembe Stadium complex in Jayapura Regency, following the expiry of the parking land use contract at PTC.

 Where the price of parking at PTC is charged almost IDR 400 million each month for administration fee. ***
