Pj Gubernur Limbong : Serapan Anggaran SKPD Sudah Membaik

JAYAPURA - Penjabat Gubernur Papua Ramses Limbong menyebut serapan serapan anggaran sejumlah Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di wilayahnya sudah cukup baik. 

Kendati demikian serapan di Dinas PUPR masih tergolong masih rendah sampai saat ini. Rendahnya serapan anggaran dikarenakan proses pekerjaannya yang masih berjalan.

“Tapi pasti akan meningkat di Oktober dan November 2024 ini. Karena bermain di waktu, ada termin 1, 2 dan 3 untuk menyerap anggarannya" ucap Ramses di Jayapura, Senin.

Masih menurut Gubernur Ramses, serapan anggaran ini tidak bisa dilihat dari nilai atau besar kecilnya anggaran. Tetapi harus dilihat dari prosesnya apakah sudah berjalan atau belum.

"Proses pekerjaan atau pengadaan kontraknya sudah jalan belum, kalau sudah progresnya seperti apa, nanti daya serap dilihat dari situ. Kalau daya serap sudah 50 persen, kenapa belum ditagih, nah kita lihat progresnya begitu.”

“Intinta memang yang akan rendah itu di Dinas PUPR. Rendah bukan berarti tidak kerja, tapi masih berproses," tambah dia.

Diketahui, serapan anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Papua hingga akhir September 2024 ini sudah mencapai sekitar 60 persen. ***

However, absorption in the PUPR Office is still relatively low to date. The low budget absorption is due to the ongoing work process.

"But it will definitely increase in October and November 2024. Because there are terms 1, 2 and 3 to absorb the budget," said Ramses in Jayapura, Monday.

According to Governor Ramses, this budget absorption cannot be seen from the value or size of the budget. But it must be seen from the process whether it has been running or not.

"The work process or contract procurement has not yet been carried out, if the progress has been made, the absorption will be seen from there. If the absorption capacity is already 50 percent, why hasn't it been billed, now we'll see progress like that."

"The point is that it will be low at the PUPR Office. Low does not mean that it does not work, but it is still in process," he added.

It is known that the Papua Provincial Government's budget absorption until the end of September 2024 has reached around 60 percent. ***
