JAYAPURA - The government of Papuan Governor Lukas Enembe has again carved "gold ink" after symbolically inaugurating nine monumental government offices on Cenderawasih Earth.
The nine buildings that were inaugurated, namely, the 4-story Papua Provincial Governor office, became the grandest Governor Office building.
Then the 16-story Papuan People's Assembly (MRP) Building, the KPU Papua Building, and the Office Building of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services (BPBJ).
Then the office building of Samsat Paniai Regency, Samsat Yapen Islands, Samsat Keerom Regency, and 5 service rooms at Mappi Regency Hospital and Jayapura Regional Hospital.
The inauguration was symbolically with the pressing of the siren button by the Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe accompanied by Papuan Special Autonomy Figures such as File Karma, Michael Manufundu, SP Morin, Edward Fonataba and Muhammad Musaad. As well as ribbon cutting by Mrs. Yulce Enembe.
The inauguration ceremony, which was arranged with a joint Christmas celebration was centered at the Papua Provincial Governor office on Jalan Soa Sio Dok II, Jayapura City. It was attended by Forkopimda officials, regents/mayors, OPD leaders, leaders of banks and private institutions as well as a thousand people.
Governor Lukas Enembe in his remarks read by Assistant Derek said 2023 is the last year of his tenure.
So it is hoped that all levels of government can be excited in completing the remaining activities planned in 2023.
"So that we can leave the best work to be remembered and enjoyed by our younger generation in the future," said the Governor".
Meanwhile, the Head of the Papua Public Works and Public Housing Service (PUPR), Girius One Yoman, in his report said the construction of four new government buildings was in a strategic area.
Therefore, by providing safe and comfortable office facilities and infrastructure, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the performance of the State Civil of Papua Provincial Government in order to achieve optimal service and development results.
It is known, specifically for the construction of the Papua Governor Office, it is carried out through a design method with a minimal modern concept.
At the front of the building, there are 5 large pillars that signify the five precepts of Pancasila and represent 5 indigenous territories in Papua Province, namely Mamta, Saereri, Anim Ha, La Pago and Me Pago.
The building also has two access roads on the 1st Floor to Jalan Soa Siu and the 3rd Floor to Jalan Sam Ratulangi. The construction of the new building of the Papua Governor Office cost IDR 393 billion while the MRP building IDR 291 billion. ***
