JAYAPURA - The Regional Revenue Management Agency (Bappenda) of Papua Province released the realization of the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) 2022, over a target of around IDR 161 billion.
The realization of Regional Original Revenue 2022 reached IDR 2.276 trillion or equivalent to 107.63 percent of the target of 2.114 trillion.
According to the Head of Bappenda of Papua, Setiyo Wahyudi, from four sources, it was recorded that regional taxes contributed the most to Regional Original Revenue of Papua.
"The realization exceeds the target of more than IDR 161 billion".
"Then for Regional Taxes, it was realized at IDR 1.235 trillion from the target of IDR 1.069 trillion, equivalent to 115.48 percent or over the target of IDR 165 billion," Setiyo explained to reporters in Jayapura, Monday (9/1/2023).
Meanwhile, regarding regional levies, he continued, from the target of IDR 7.4 billion, IDR 17.7 billion was realized or over IDR 10 billion more.
"If the results of regional wealth management separated by a target of IDR 766.7 billion are realized at IDR 766.9 billion, while other legitimate Regional Original Revenue targets IDR 271 billion to be realized at IDR 256.2 billion. So the highest remains the local tax," he said.
Setiyo added that he is very optimistic that the realization of Regional Original Revenue in 2023 will again exceed the target.
