According to the Head of the Communication and Informatics of Papua Jeri A. Yudianto, in the digital era like today, hoaxes are very unstoppable in spreading information. For this reason, people are asked to be smart in choosing information, what do you think is responding to the latest situation in Papua.

"Because on social media, not all information is useful and also false, provocative and so on. Therefore, people must be aware of hoaxes by choosing the information they read," explained Jeri in Jayapura, Wednesday.

Meanwhile, regarding the government service, it is certain that it will continue to run as usual. In addition, the entire State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is ensured, carrying out duties and functions as it should be, so that the public is asked not to worry.

"The ASN in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) continue to carry out their duties and functions. Everything is running normally and according to existing standards"

"So we also appeal to the public not to be easily provoked by news that is not yet clear about the truth so that Papua will always be peaceful," he said.
