JAKARTA – The government of Papua Province has officially issued a Certificate of Payment Obligation Determination Letter (SKPP) to 120 state civil servants (ASN) who have obtained the determination of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) to move to a new autonomous region (DOB).

 A total of 120 civil servants of the Papua Provincial Government, consisting of 108 civil servants moved to South Papua Province and 12 civil servants to Central Papua. Meanwhile, about the transfer of state civil apparatus to Highland Papua Province, the State Civil Service Agency is still waiting for a determination.

This was conveyed by the Daily Executive of Papua Governor Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, at the Coordination Meeting for the Coordination of Government of the Four Autonomous Regions of Papua at Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday (30/5/2023).

The meeting was led by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs John Wempi Wetipo and attended by the Acting Governors of three new autonomous regions and the Head of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in charge of monitoring, budgeting, disaster, communication informatics and organization.

Meanwhile, Governor Ridwan continued, the Papua Provincial Government has issued a Transfer and Payment Obligation Determination Letter to 890 P3K Teachers and 4,637 Teacher Decrees and Education Personnel in 29 Districts/Cities.

"As for Papua Province civil servants who applied for mutations to three new Autonomous Regions, up to now there are 384 people. Those who have been proposed are expected to immediately get approval from the government in the new Autonomous Regions so we can immediately process it further, "explained Ridwan.

While the formation of three new Autonomous Regions added Ridwan, the Papua Provincial Government continues to work hard to encourage the acceleration and activation of governance in the three new Autonomous Regions related to the management of the State Civil Apparatus, assets and document of coaching, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation. ***
