JAYAPURA - Head of the Forestry and Environmental Affairs Department (KLH) of Papua, Jan Jap Ormuseray, Friday (9/6/2023), handed over MSME products assisted by the agency to sell at the Papua Pavilion, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta.
The MSME product was received by the Head of the Papua Regional Liaison Agency, Alexander Kapisa.
In a release received by the editor, Alexander welcomed the handover of MSME products which would be promoted as typical Papuan souvenirs.
"On behalf of the institution, I express my highest gratitude and appreciation to the Head of the Forestry and Environmental Affairs Department, Mr. Jap Jan Ormuseray for this collaboration, supporting the marketing of local Papuan MSME products at the MSME Corner at the Papua Pavillion," said Alexander Kapisa.
Meanwhile, the Head of the KLH Papua Office, Jan Jap Ormuseray, said that the MSME products were products fostered by his agency which aimed to improve the economy of Papuan entrepreneurs.
"We support helping market the results of MSME products in the Papua Multipurpose Business Cooperative.
"The marketing in Papua has been running so far and has become one of the outlets for typical Papuan souvenirs in Jayapura City. Now we encourage it through cooperation with the Papua Regional Liaison Agency in Jakarta so that the marketing will expand to Jakarta," he said.
He said that they had reported the marketing of MSME products in the MSME corner at the Papua Pavilion and received full support.
It is known that the Head of the KLH Papua handed over as many as 45 types of products such as sago flour, lemongrass oil, Bible bags, Wamena Noken and other products. ***
