JAYAPURA - Acting Governor of Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun asked all Regional Apparatus Work Units to map the priorities of activities that have an impact on regional economic recovery, in monitoring the evaluation of the absorption of the 2023 Regional Budget.

This aims to realize and prosper the Indigenous Papuan (OAP) which is characterized by reducing extreme poverty, handling stunting, increasing food security and reducing unemployment.

"Including the use of the  Regional Government Information System of the Republic of Indonesia (SIPD-RI), so that planning and budgeting can minimize budget duplication."

"There are no unplanned activities, the budget value is more measurable, the efficiency of the component of expenditure supporting activities, standardization of activities and prices and it will be easier to control the program," explained Acting Governor Rumasukun, at the technical Guidance of SIPD-RI and Monitoring of the 2023 Regional Budget Absorption, Monday (10/23/2023), in Jayapura City.

Governor Ridwan thanked the Directorate General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs for supporting the Papua Provincial Government in improving regional financial governance especially, through electronic-based financial management, through SIPD-RI.

"That's why through this opportunity, I invite all participants from each Regional Apparatus Work Unit to be actively involved in each session, discuss constructively and use the opportunity well."

"Together with the Regional Secretary, I will directly monitor this activity. After this activity, all SKPD can directly input through SIPD-RI," he said. ***
