JAYAPURA - Acting Governor of Papua Ramses Limbong admitted that he was disappointed with the low level of attendance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the morning briefing at the local Governor's Office, Soa Siu Street Dok II, Jayapura City, Monday (2/9/2024) morning.
He is concerned because the discipline of Papuan civil servants is not by expectations so it needs to receive serious attention from the Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations.
"I am very concerned about the low attendance of civil servants, especially those who do not attend without information which is close to 50 percent during the briefing. This is the part that needs attention."
"Because big things start from á simple thing like being present in the morning briefing," said Limbong in his direction.
Limbong hopes that next briefing, the level of civil servants’ attendance can increase compared to the current one.
"Because in the morning briefing, there is an important direction to be carried out together to achieve synergy between Regional Work Units to succeed in the activity program, especially the national agenda, such as inflation control, stunting and others," he said.
On this occasion, Limbong again reminded Papuan civil servants to be neutral in the simultaneous and orderly regional elections in asset management and state property, especially in the use of official vehicles. ***
