On behalf of the Papua Provincial Government, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the synergy between the central and regional governments in supporting this initiative,” Suzana stated.
Support also came from the Head of the Papua Treasury Regional Office, Izharul Haq, who underlined the importance of Regional-Owned Assets assessment as the foundation for planning, utilization, and regional financial reporting.
Meanwhile, Hari Sutarmin, Head of the Appraisal Division of Papabaruku Directorate General of State Assets Regional Office, highlighted the shortage of Regional-Owned Assets appraisers in Papua and Maluku, noting that this makes the training even more urgent. M. As’ad Firdaus, Junior Expert Government Appraiser at Papabaruku Directorate General of State Assets Regional Office, added, “From Papua, we take this significant step—producing professional appraisers who can make real contributions to regional asset management.”
The training is expected to produce competent and professional appraisers, thereby enhancing the quality of regional asset management and improving public services. ***
