BIAK NUMFOR — Papua Governor Matius Fakhiri directly reviewed public services at the Biak Numfor Samsat Office on Wednesday (14/1/2026). The visit was carried out to ensure that administrative services and tax payment processes were running effectively, orderly, and transparently for the public.
During the inspection, the Governor observed the service flow, from administrative procedures to tax payments. He also spoke with residents who were processing services at the One-Stop Integrated Administration System office to hear first-hand about their experiences and feedback.
Fakhiri expressed his appreciation to the Biak Numfor One-Stop Integrated Administration System staff for services that he said had been running well. He asked that the standards of friendly, prompt, and orderly service be maintained and further improved.
"Good service must continue to be maintained and improved. I appreciate the performance of the Biak Numfor One-Stop Integrated Administration System officers, who have worked with full responsibility," Fakhiri said.
According to him, the direct presence of the government at public service locations is important to ensure that the community truly feels the quality of service. Field visits are also part of the evaluation process to strengthen a clean and professional service system.
"I want to make sure that the public receives proper, prompt, and transparent service," he said.
The Papua Provincial Government is committed to continuing to strengthen public services in various sectors through field evaluations and by reinforcing service discipline in every work unit. ***
