"The success of development is not determined solely by the size of the budget, but very much by the quality of planning and supervision. Data-based planning that upholds professional ethics will produce development that is well-targeted, efficient, and sustainable," he said.
He also appreciated the theme of the 11th INKINDO Papua Provincial Conference, namely "A Resilient Papua, with Integrity and Synergy in Building an Advanced Papua," which he said is in line with the vision of Papua's transformation toward a smart, prosperous, and harmonious region.

"Every plan, every technical document, and every work supervision effort ultimately leads to the welfare of the people. From roads that connect villages to education and health facilities, everything begins with good planning," he stressed.
He also added that INKINDO Papua is ready to become a strategic partner of the government by upholding professionalism and integrity.
"We want to prove that Papuan consultants are capable of standing on equal footing, being professional, and earning trust. Because every job we do is not merely a project, but part of the history of development in the land of Papua," he added.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Papua INKINDO Central Executive Board, as well as Chair of the Provincial Conference Committee, Novisca M. Anditiaman, stressed that the Provincial Conference forum is a strategic platform for determining the future direction of the organization.
"This Provincial Conference is the highest forum at the provincial level, where we evaluate the previous management and at the same time determine future policy directions and work programs to strengthen professionalism and solidarity among members," she said.
She also revealed that the event was attended by hundreds of members as well as representatives from a number of provinces in the Land of Papua, as a form of shared commitment to maintaining the organization's existence.
Chairman of the INKINDO National Leadership Council, Erie Heryadi, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of organizational adaptation to global dynamics filled with uncertainty.
"We are living in an era full of volatility and rapid change. Organizations must be able to adapt and respond to challenges with innovation. INKINDO, as an expertise-based organization, must continue to improve its quality and competitiveness," he said.
He also added that the Provincial Conference plays an important role in determining organizational policy direction at the regional level.
"The provincial conference is the highest constitutional forum in the region that will determine the broad direction of organizational policy, while also electing leadership capable of making the organization stronger and more beneficial for its members and regional development," he explained.
The inauguration of the INKINDO Papua office was marked by the signing of a plaque as a symbol of commitment to strengthening the institution and the organization's professionalism. The office is expected to become a center for collaboration, capacity building, and stronger synergy between the government and consulting service providers in supporting quality, equitable, and just development in Papua. ***
