JAYAPURA — The Papua Provincial Government is inviting all elements of society to take part in the Foster Parent Movement to Prevent Stunting as part of a joint effort to improve the quality of future generations.
Papua Vice Governor Aryoko A.F. Rumaropen said the movement is a form of collective concern in preparing a better future for Papuan children.
"This is not just a program, but a humanitarian movement to save the future of Papua's children," Aryoko Rumaropen said.
He stressed that efforts to address stunting cannot be carried out by the government alone, but require support from all parties.
According to him, cross-sector collaboration and public participation are key to reducing stunting rates in Papua.
"The government hopes this movement will strengthen shared awareness and encourage active involvement in efforts to improve the quality of human resources," he concluded. ***
