JAYAPURA — Papua Deputy Governor Aryoko Rumaropen inaugurated the new office of the Papua Provincial Food Agency, located on Jalan Raya Abepura, Kotaraja, on Monday (May 11, 2026). The inauguration was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a tour of the office facilities, together with assistants and several heads of regional government agencies within the Papua Provincial Government.
In his remarks, the Papua Deputy Governor said that the new office symbolizes a renewed spirit in improving the quality of public services, the professionalism of government officials, and the strengthening of food security programs in Papua.
"The Food Agency has a strategic role in maintaining food stability and availability for the community. With these more representative facilities, I hope all staff will be more motivated to work, improve coordination, and provide better services to the public," said the Papua Deputy Governor.
Meanwhile, Acting Head of the Papua Provincial Food Agency, drh. Sri Utami, expressed her gratitude for the attention and support of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Papua in fulfilling the agency's work facilities and infrastructure. According to her, the new office is expected to improve work motivation, comfort, and the effectiveness of task implementation for all staff.
