Gubernur Enembe Canangkan Pembangunan Lima Gedung Perkantoran

Setelah sempat tertunda, pencanangan pembangunan lima gedung perkantoran di sejumlah tempat di Kota Jayapura, diresmikan oleh Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe, Senin (19/7/2021) siang.

Lima kantor yang akan dibangun itu, yakni gedung MRP, gedung Dinas PUPR Papua, gedung Kantor BPP BJ Papua, gedung Kantor KPU Papua serta gedung Kantor KNPI Papua.

Pencanganan langsung oleh Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe lewat penekanan tombol sirene serta pemasangan pagar pengaman untuk pengosongan kantor gubernur oleh jajaram Forkompinda Papua yang hadir, di Halaman Kantor Gubernur, Jayapura.

Lukas dalam sambutannya yakin pembangunan gedung perkantoran, khususnya Kantor Gubernur berlantai 10 tersebut nantinya bakal menjadi simbol kebangkitan dan kemandirian masyarakat Papua.

Oleh karena itu, ia berharap agar proses pembangunannya dapat rampung tepat waktu.

“Sebab pembangunan kantor ini untuk generasi muda Papua kedepan. Bagi saya bukan soal pembangunan kantor. Tetapi bagaimana kita siapkan pembangunan infrasktur kepada generasi Papua di masa depan,” ujar ia.

Ia tambahkan, pembangunan gedung baru tersebut dirasakan penting, agar kantor pemerintahan tersebut dapat menjadi kebanggaan bagi masyarakat Papua kedepan.

“Kita sudah berada pada zaman modern, maka wajah ibu kota Provinsi harus berubah. Kita harus tunjukan bahwa Papua sedang berubah. Dan Papua harus bangkit dalam kemandiriannya,” tegas ia.

Sementara Kepala Dinas PUPR Papua, Girius One Yoman menyatakan khusus untuk kantor gubernur, statusnya rancang bangun dalam bentuk multi year senilai Rp400 miliar. Dimana dana pembangunannya telah dianggarkan pada APBD provinsi.

“Nanti kantor gubernur direncanakan dibangun sembilan lantai dengan satu basemen sehingga total 10 lantai. Dimana semua dokumen secara administrasi sudah siap”.

“Sedangkan untuk pembangunan sisa gedung lainnya akan diselesaikan sesuai kontrak,” imbuh dia.

The five offices that will be built are MRP, PUPR Papua Office, BPP BJ Papua Office, PAPUA KPU Office and KNPI Papua Office.

Lukas in his speech believes the construction of office buildings, especially the 10-storey Governor's Office will become a symbol of the revival and independence of Papuans.

Therefore, he hopes that the construction process can be completed on time.

"Because of the construction of this office for the younger generation of Papua in the future. For me it's not about building an office. But how do we prepare infrastructure development for future Generations of Papuans," he said.

He added that the construction of the new building is important, so that the government office can be a pride for Papuans in the future.

"We are already modern, so the face of the provincial capital must change. We have to show that Papua is changing. And Papua must rise in its independence," he said.

While the Head of PUPR Papua, Girius One Yoman stated specifically for the governor's office, his status was designed in the form of a multi-year worth IDR 400 billion. The development fund has been budgeted on the provincial budget.

"Later the governor's office is planned to be built nine floors with one basement so that a total of 10 floors and all the documents are ready administratively ".

"As for the construction, the rest of the building will be completed according to the contract," he added.
