JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government has officially established holidays and joint leave for Christmas and New Year.
The Head of the Communication and Informatics of Papua, Jeri Agus Yudianto, hopes that the Civil Servants will soon be in office after the holiday.
"We hope that ASN will not increase its own holiday time and immediately go to the office according to the set time and immediately work to serve the public," said Jeri, in Jayapura,
Meanwhile, for State Civil Apparatus in public service areas such as at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD), working hours will be regulated by the Head of their respective regional working unit.
"In order for services to continue to run, including at BPKAD which manages financial transactions following the existing provisions, as well as ASNs in the IT field that manage Government E Servers, continue to do their duties to maintain service quality," he explained.
Previously, the Papua Provincial Government of the Regional Secretary issued a Circular Letter related to official holidays and joint holidays in the context of Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023.
Starting from holidays and joint holiday with the Adventist holiday entering Christmas, Thursday (1/12). Monday 19/12 to Saturday (24/12) for the joint holiday of Christmas. Sunday (25/12) Christmas the first day.
Monday (26/12), the second day of Christmas, Tuesday (27/12), the anniversary of Papua Province, Wednesday (28/12) joint holiday of Christmas, Thursday (29/12) enter the office at 07:30 WIT. (2-3/1) New Year holidays and Wednesday (4/1) enter the office at 07:30 WIT. ***
