JAYAPURA - The Governor of Papua Province is planned to inaugurate three One-stop Administration Services offices on December 27.
The inauguration of the Samsat office coincides with the new building of the Papua Governor Office, the Bureau of Goods and Procurement Services and the Papuan People Assembly.
According to the Head of the Papua Regional Revenue Management Agency (Bappenda), Setyo Wahyudi, the three Samsat offices include the Samsat Keerom Office, Samsat Supiori and Samsat Paniai.
"The Samsat Paniai Office has been completed and operated since last year, but we have not officially inaugurated it. After it is inaugurated, it will be handed over to the Central Papua Province," he explained, in Jayapura, Tuesday.
As for Keerom and Supiori, he said, it is targeted to be completed by the end of this year, so that it can operate from January 2023.
"In essence, these three Samsat offices will be carried out symbolically in conjunction with the inauguration of office buildings within the scope of the Papua Provincial Government at the Papua Governor Office," he said.
Meanwhile, Setyo hopes that with the presence of the three samsat offices, it can further improve and bring services closer to the community as possible.
"In the past, these three offices did not meet service standards, so we built them so that services to the community were fulfilled properly," he concluded. ***
