JAYAPURA – Acting Secretary of Biak Numfor Regency Zacharias L. Mailoa opened the Coordination and Assistance Meeting for the Implementation of One Stop Service (PTSP) throughout Papua, in Biak Numfor Regency, Tuesday (6/6/2023).
The meeting with the theme "Synergy and institutional strengthening of PTSP towards excellent public service performance in the region," was attended by 50 participants from DPM PTSP Papua Province, Central Papua, Highland Papua and South Papua.
Zacharias in his speech stated that the addition of new autonomous regions adds consequences to spatial changes as an initial part of the establishment of permits.
This condition requires public organizers to maximize coordination, so regional permits will build investor trust in investing their capital to improve economic growth.
Thus, continued the Secretary, every DPM PTSP currently needs to strengthen institutions in all aspects, such as the Public Service Mall, so the benefits can be felt by the community and entrepreneurs.
"We are aware that currently, investors need certainty in the licensing process. So DPM PTSP should have the ability to identify and analyze various challenges and demands."
“In terms of fulfilling this commitment, I would like to convey that the monitoring function is also very important so that all public service functions provided can also be in line with the provisions of the applicable law", he said
