JAYAPURA - The Central Statistics Agency of Papua Province noted that the increase in Room Occupancy of Star Hotels during June 2023 reached 33.06 percent with 26,787 people staying overnight.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Central Statistics Agency of Papua, Adriana Helena Carolina, in a statement to reporters in Jayapura, Monday.
"The Room Occupancy Rate of Star-Hotel during June 2023 reached 33.06 percent, an increase of 1.71 points compared to May 2023 which was 31.35 percent," she explained.
Meanwhile, Non-Star Hotel, continued Adriana, reached 21.59 percent, an increase of 0.57 points compared to May 2023 which was 21.02 percent.
"But when compared to the same month in the previous year, it decreased by 1.88 points and non-star increased by 2.76 points," she concluded.
It is known that the average length of Stay of Guests at Star Hotels in June 2023 reached 1.56 days, a decrease of 0.17 points compared to May 2023 which was 1.73 days.
Meanwhile, the average length of Stay of Guests of Non-Star Hotels in June 2023 reached 1.48 days, a decrease of 0.05 points compared to May 2023. ***
