JAYAPURA - Acting Governor of Papua Ramses Limbong opened the KORPRI Men's and Women's Volleyball tournament between Regional Work Unit within the Papua Provincial Government at the Cenderawasih Sports Center, Jayapura, Monday, November 18, 2024.

The opening of this volleyball tournament was marked by the first ball of the match between the Women's Civil Service Police Unit Team and the Papua Provincial Education Office Team.

Ramses Limbong said that this match is a form of togetherness of the Corps in realizing unity among fellow Corps members.

Limbong also reminded us that it is a match for all of us "This match is a match from us, for us and by us," said Ramses Limbong.

In addition, Ramses Limbong also invited all civil servants to participate in this match activity with joy as an event to establish friendship between civil servants of the Papua Provincial Government "We are one for all, all for one" concluded Limbong ending his speech.

The Tournament was attended by 27 Regional Work Units within the scope of the Papua Provincial Government to organize the 53rd Anniversary of KORPRI and the 75th Anniversary of Papua Province.

Previously, on Friday, November 15, 2024, the Korpri Fun Walk was also held which was attended by all civil servants of the Papua Provincial government, Korpri within the Indonesian National Defence Forces and Police, State-Owned Enterprises and Regional-Owned Enterprises, and the people of Jayapura city.

This series of Korpri Anniversary activities also held a Panca Prasetya Korpri pronunciation competition on November 20 to 21, 2024 and a Mars Korpri Choir Competition on November 22 to 23, 2024, which was attended by civil servants within the Papua Provincial Government. ***
